Required Documents for Vehicle Rental

• Valid driving licenses for all listed drivers. The driving license must have been issued at least one year prior to the car pick-up date.
• Passport or EU national ID for all drivers.

All booking details provided (either online or by phone) must be valid. Our company reserves the right to refuse the rental if the provided booking information is not valid. Driver’s Age: The driver must be over 20 and under 75 years of age. If the driver is under 20, please contact us.

Reservations and Vehicle Groups: All bookings are based on vehicle groups, not specific car models. We strive to provide the selected model for every booking. However, if the selected model is not available, we reserve the right to offer a similar model. A similar model is usually a vehicle within the same group as the selected one. We also reserve the right to offer a model from a higher group at no additional charge.

Rental Period and Minimum Charges: The minimum rental period is one day and the maximum is 30 days. The minimum charge, regardless of rental duration, is one day. If you wish to rent a vehicle for more than 30 days, please contact us for a quote, as the rental agreement must be renewed every 30 days.
If the renter wishes to keep the vehicle beyond the agreed period, they must contact our company at least 2 days before the vehicle’s return date to request an extension, subject to availability. The extension is valid only after the rental contract has been amended.

Payment Options
Advance Payment: Advance payment can be made through our website using credit, debit, or prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover), via bank transfer, PayPal, or Revolut.
Final Payment: Payment can be completed at vehicle pick-up either in cash or via credit, debit, or prepaid cards.

Security Deposit – Larger Vehicle Categories: The security deposit amount depends on the chosen insurance package. Upon vehicle pick-up, the driver must provide a credit or debit card, from which the deposit amount will be pre-authorized. This amount will not be available for immediate use on the card. It will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no additional charges apply. The release time of the amount depends on the card issuer, not our company. We release the amount immediately after the rental ends.
Alternatively, cash can be used for the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel a reservation, the only accepted method is via email. The cancellation is valid only upon confirmation from our company that your email has been received.

• If cancellation is received at least 10 days before the scheduled start date, the full deposit will be refunded.
• If cancellation is received between 3 to 10 days before the rental start date, 40% of the deposit will be charged.
• If cancellation is received less than 3 days before the rental start date, the full deposit will be charged.

No-Show Policy: If the renter fails to pick up the vehicle on the agreed date and time without prior written or phone communication, the booking will be cancelled after 2 hours, and the full deposit amount will be charged.

Late Returns:

• During low and mid seasons, delays of up to 2 hours will not incur extra charges.
• During the high season, the maximum allowed delay without charge is 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, an extra full day rental fee will be charged according to our seasonal pricing policy.

Rental Duration and Charges: The minimum booking duration is a few hours, and the minimum rental charge is one day. Additional charges apply if the vehicle is returned later than the agreed return time.

Rental Extension: If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, they must contact our company as soon as possible. If availability allows, the extension will be added to the rental agreement along with the relevant charges. If no availability exists, the vehicle must be returned at the original agreed date and time.

Fuel Policy: The renter is responsible for fuel during the rental period and must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference plus €15 refueling service fee. No refund is given if the vehicle is returned with more fuel than it had at pick-up.

Traffic Violations and Legal Fines: All fines for traffic violations or other legal penalties (even if issued after the rental ends) must be paid by the renter, either in cash or charged to the credit card, even after the rental period. If the vehicle’s license plates are confiscated during the rental, the renter is obligated to compensate the rental company for the full duration of the license plate removal, based on the applicable seasonal pricing.

Accidents: In the event of a traffic accident, the renter must immediately inform both our company and the police. The police must file an accident report, and a copy must be submitted to our company. If the accident is not officially recorded by the police, the renter assumes full responsibility, and no insurance coverage applies.

Baby & Child Seats: We offer two types of seats:

• Infant seat: 0–18 kg
• Child booster seat: 18–36 kg

Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability.

Additional Drivers: There is no extra charge for an additional driver.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the vehicle.

Vehicle Cleaning Fee: If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, a €60 + VAT cleaning fee will be charged.

Vehicle Transport by Ferry: Transporting the vehicle off the island by ferry is prohibited, unless written approval is provided by the rental company.

CAR INSURANCE

T.P.I. – Third Party Insurance: This insurance is included in the rental price. All authorized drivers are covered for civil liability against third parties for death, bodily injury, and material damage. In case of damage to the vehicle, the driver is liable to compensate the rental company for direct and indirect damages.

C.D.W. – Collision Damage Waiver: Not included in the rental price and available at an extra daily cost. In case of accident or damage, the liability of authorized drivers is limited to an excess amount, depending on the vehicle category:

• €1200 + VAT for groups A, B & C
• €1400 + VAT for group D

Explanation: This amount is the maximum you will pay in case of damage. If repair costs exceed the deductible, you pay only the deductible. If costs are lower, you pay the full repair amount including VAT.

E.C.D.W. – Extra Collision Damage Waiver: Not included in the rental price and available at an extra daily cost. With this insurance, in the event of an accident or damage, the liability of the authorized drivers is limited to an excess amount. This amount varies depending on the vehicle category and is structured as follows:

• €800 + VAT for groups A, B & C
• €900 + VAT for group D

S.C.D.W. – Super Collision Damage Waiver: Not included in the rental price and available at an extra daily cost. With this insurance, in the event of an accident or damage, the liability of the authorized drivers is limited to an excess amount. This amount varies depending on the vehicle category and is structured as follows:

• €600 + VAT for groups A, B & C
• €700 + VAT for group D

BUGGY / ATV / SCOOTER Insurance

T.P.I. – Third Party Insurance: This insurance is included in the rental price. All authorized drivers are covered for civil liability against third parties for death, bodily injury, and material damage. In case of damage to the vehicle, the driver is liable to compensate the rental company for direct and indirect damages.

C.D.W. – Collision Damage Waiver: Not included in the rental price and available at an extra daily cost. In case of accident or damage, the liability of authorized drivers is limited to an excess amount, depending on the vehicle category:

• €1100 + VAT for Scooter 125cc
• €1400 + VAT for ATV 450cc & 520cc
• €1700 + VAT for Buggy 800cc

E.C.D.W. – Extra Collision Damage Waiver: Not included in the rental price and available at an extra daily cost. With this insurance, in the event of an accident or damage, the liability of the authorized drivers is limited to an excess amount. This amount varies depending on the vehicle category and is structured as follows:

• €900 + VAT for Scooter 125cc
• €1200 + VAT for ATV 450cc & 520cc
• €1400 + VAT for Buggy 800cc

With this insurance, in the event of an accident or damage, the liability of the authorized drivers is limited to an excess amount. This amount varies depending on the vehicle category and is structured as follows:

• €500 + VAT for Scooter 125cc
• €800 + VAT for ATV 450cc & 520cc
• €900 + VAT for Buggy 800cc

Insurance Does Not Cover: – Damages caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs – Damages by unauthorized drivers, from dangerous or illegal use – Engine damage from wrong fuel or negligence – Off-road or unsuitable road usage – Damages after agreed return time – Damages to mirrors, tires, rims, hubcaps, undercarriage, antenna – Damage or loss of vehicle keys, accessories, child seats – Theft without key, loss of personal items – Intentional or negligent damage (e.g., clutch, engine, roof damage)

Renter’s Responsibilities: The renter must safeguard the vehicle, check oil, water, tires, and ensure it is safe to drive. Damages from negligence are the renter’s responsibility. Vehicle must be parked securely and locked.

During the rental period, the vehicle is prohibited from being used:

• In violation of this agreement
• To carry passengers/goods for hire
• Overloaded beyond legal capacity
• To transport heavy/smelly items or illegal substances
• For towing or racing
• For any purpose against Greek law
• Outside Santorini without written approval

Vehicle Replacement: If the vehicle becomes non-operational, our company will provide a replacement within a reasonable timeframe depending on location and availability. If caused by renter’s fault or negligence, additional charges apply.

Important Information: You must sign a rental agreement before receiving the keys. Read it carefully and ask questions before signing. We reserve the right to refuse a vehicle if the driver appears unfit or any group member poses a threat. No refund in such cases. Inspect the vehicle before departure and report any damages. Photos or videos are recommended. The company is not responsible for personal belongings. We may cancel the rental agreement without penalty if the renter is deemed harmful to the company’s interests or violates traffic laws or rental terms.
